DomainWatcher

DomainWatcher is a self-hosted dashboard for monitoring a portfolio of domains across multiple registrars and DNS providers from a single interface.

Features

• Centralised inventory — one watch list for domains spread across different registrars and DNS providers, with click-to-filter summary cards and sortable columns.
• Expiry monitoring — registration expiry dates collected via RDAP, with a WHOIS fallback for legacy TLDs. Colour-coded warnings for domains expiring within 30 and 90 days.
• DNS audit — collects NS, A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT (including SPF and DMARC), SOA and CAA records, and identifies the DNS provider from the nameservers.
• DNS health score — a per-domain score with a clear breakdown of any points deducted for missing records.
• DNSSEC compliance — flags domains that should be signed but have no DS record published at the registry.
• SSL certificate expiry — tracks TLS certificate expiry for each domain.
• Webhooks — signed POST notifications for domains nearing expiry, compatible with Slack, Discord and n8n.
• Cloudron integration — imports domains assigned to apps on your Cloudron and maps each domain to the app using it, refreshing the mapping on every scan or on demand.
• Resilient scanning — if a scan is incomplete, the last known data is kept and clearly marked as stale rather than being discarded.

DomainWatcher is a read-only monitoring tool. It does not modify DNS or registrar records.
